I've been meaning to start this blog (just for FUN) for a very long time.
Originally there were only 7 F-Words on the list and the idea sat for many months without my taking action due to a lack of FOCUS (one area I'm working on improving in my own life).
Once I realized that I needed more FOCUS and added one more (the missing) word to the list it became F8 and a new blog was born.
